THE PAIR HAVE RECEIVED AWARDS FOR THEIR EFFORTS AND HAVE SPOKEN AT THE LIKES OF FORBES IDEA SUMMIT, NEW YORK CITY'S DISABILITY PRIDE PARADE AND FOR COUNTLESS CORPORATE EXECUTIVES AND DIRECTORS.

KELSEY WROTE HER 40 PAGE SENIOR THESIS ON DISABILITY IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY: THE PERCEPTION, PORTRAYAL AND POWER AND CONTINUES TO ENCOURAGE INCLUSIVE CASTING IN THE INDUSTRY. SHE CONSIDERS ADVOCATING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ONE OF HER GREATEST HONORS AND HOPES TO CULTIVATE REAL CHANGE IN THE WAY SOCIETY VIEWS AND TREATS THOSE WITH DISABILITIES.
